These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of interactionpartners.ch, including any domain that redirects to it (Website), operated by Interaction Partners AG, An der Lorze 21, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (Interaction Partners; we). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1.2. These Terms of Use do not apply to your access to or use of the schedulR platform at app.schedulr.ch, which is governed by the separate schedulR Terms of Use, nor to your use of our AI-based Digital Investor Relations Officer (DIRO), which is governed by the separate DIRO Terms of Use. Where you navigate from the Website to either of those services, the respective terms for that service apply to your use of it.

2. Use of the Website

2.1. You may access and use the Website for your own personal or business informational purposes, in accordance with these Terms of Use and applicable law.

2.2. You shall not: (a) use the Website for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or any related systems; (c) use automated means (including bots, scrapers or crawlers) to access or extract content from the Website, except for standard search engine indexing; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Website's operation or security; or (e) submit false, misleading or abusive content through our contact forms.

3.1. Copyright and other intellectual property laws protect the content made available on the Website. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or make available the content provided on the Website, except for your own personal and non-commercial purposes, or as expressly agreed with Interaction Partners in writing.

3.2. “Interaction Partners”, “schedulR” and “DIRO”, and their respective logos, are trademarks or trade names of Interaction Partners. Nothing in these Terms of Use grants you any right to use them without our prior written consent.

4. No Advice

4.1. The content provided on the Website is made available for information purposes only and does not constitute investment, tax or legal advice, nor an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy investment products or enter into any transaction. 5. Contact Forms and Third-Party Services

5.1. If you use a contact form on the Website, the personal data you submit is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. We use reCAPTCHA (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to protect our contact forms against automated abuse.

5.2. The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

6. Availability and Changes

6.1. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Website, in whole or in part, at any time without liability to you.

6.2. We may change these Terms of Use at any time. The version published on the Website at the time of your visit applies. Continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Website and its content are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Interaction Partners shall not be liable for any damages arising from your access to or use of the Website, except for damages caused by unlawful intent or gross negligence.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms of Use are exclusively governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Zug, Switzerland.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. If any provision of these Terms of Use is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches its economic purpose.

9.2. Our failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
