Data we collect and process in order to make the Website and schedulR available

You may visit the Website and obtain information about Interaction Partners and our services without telling us who you are. As with any connection to a web server, the server on which we make available the Website and schedulR automatically logs and stores certain technical data and stores it for a short time. This includes the IP address and operating system of your device, the date and time of use and the type of browser you use to access the Website or schedulR. This is necessary for the optimal and secure provision of the Website and schedulR.

Personal data we collect and process in order to allow access to and use of schedulR

schedulR is a platform that connects listed companies with investors. It allows our corporate customers (Corporates) to advertise their investor relations events to investor customers (Investors) and to invite Investors to events. It also allows Investors to ask for or accept invitations to such events.

In addition, Interaction Partners cooperates with investor relations firms and stock exchange operators – such as SIX Swiss Exchange AG – (Partners). In the framework of such cooperation, Interaction Partners may allow Partners to advertise events on their own platforms or to organize events by means of using schedulR.

We collect and process the following types of personal data in order to allow access to and use of schedulR:
